Coliving Residences.

I don’t just advise – I build and run things myself. Together with a partner I’ve run Coliving Residences for students in Riga since 2021: furnished temporary housing, from concept through marketing to daily operations.

Coliving means furnished living with community instead of an anonymous dormitory. For me it’s more than a second pillar – it’s my test bed. Real day-to-day business runs here: enquiries, contracts, invoices, communication in several languages, operations around the clock.

That’s exactly why the tools I talk about in consulting were born here. No suitable CRM existed or it was too expensive – so I built it myself, with automation for communication, contracts and invoices. All without coding skills; what mattered was understanding the processes.

I test SEO here in real competition too: for coliving-residences.com I achieved over 550% more visitors via Google, more than 35 number-one rankings and a tripling of enquiries in around six months. What works here flows straight back into my SEO & GEO consulting.
