Context

Corporate communications covers all forms of internal and external communication within a company — from leadership and employee communication to communication with customers, partners, and other stakeholders. Its role is to ensure that goals, decisions, and changes are communicated clearly and that a consistent message is conveyed both internally and externally. Especially in times of change, uncertainty, or restructuring, clear, credible, and transparent communication is a critical success factor for stability, trust, and acceptance.

My Services

I support companies as an external consultant and sparring partner in structuring corporate communications strategically and delivering it effectively in practice. I typically work at the interface between management, departments, and employees.
